Cancellation and Refund Policy

1.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests are eligible under the following conditions in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

Request must be made minimum 1 day before the commence of the training program
The course material must not have been accessed or downloaded significantly
No more than 10% of the course content should have been consumed
For offline training, the event or session must not have commenced
1.2 Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

Course materials have been accessed for more than 10% or extensively used
Refund request is made before 1 day or after commencement of the training
Offline training event has commenced or the training has been attended
Course was purchased using promotional codes or discount coupons (partial refund of base price only)
Payment fraud has been identified or chargeback has been filed
Refund request does not comply with this policy or applicable law
1.3 Refund Process

To request a refund:

Submit a refund request through your account dashboard or email to sathish@globalgoldfoundation.com
Provide your name, course name, enrollment date, and reason for the refund request
Our team will review your request within 5 business days
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days
1.4 Refund Amount

Refund calculations:

Full refund: 100% of the course fee if request is made before the commencement of the training
Partial refund: Pro-rata refund based on content consumed (in rare circumstances)
Administrative fees may be deducted if applicable (transaction charges, processing fees)
1.5 Course Transfer

In lieu of refund, users may request to transfer the course to another course of equal or lesser value within 10 days of enrollment and before the commencement of the training for the batch registered. Transfer requests must be submitted to sathish@globalgoldfoundation.com, based on the review it would be decided.The new course must commence within 6 months of the original enrollment date.

1.6 Cancellation of Course by Company

If the Company cancels a course or training program, affected participants will be offered:

Full refund of the course fee, OR
Enrollment in an alternative course of similar value
1.7 Special Circumstances

Special refund requests due to medical emergency, hardship, or other genuine circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applicants must provide supporting documentation. The Company will respond to such requests within 10 business days.
